Privacy policy

Radar is operated by Solvex (“we”). This policy explains what Radar stores and why.

What we collect

• Your account profile from Google or Microsoft: name, email address and an account identifier.
• Connection credentials for Jira or Azure DevOps (OAuth tokens or the token you paste), encrypted at rest.
• From the projects you choose: project names, work item keys, titles, types, statuses, assignee names, estimates, remaining and spent time, sprints, releases and dates.
• Product usage events (for example “connected a tool”, “viewed a project”) without titles, emails or work item content.

Why

Only to show you delivery health and to improve Radar. We never write to your tools, never sell data and never use it to train AI models.

Where and who

Data is stored in the European Union (Microsoft Azure, North Europe – Ireland). Processors: Microsoft Azure (hosting), PostHog (EU, product analytics), Google and Microsoft (sign-in).

How long

Until you delete it. Backups are kept for 7 days.

Your control

Disconnect a tool or delete everything at any time in Settings. You can also revoke Radar's access in your Atlassian or Microsoft account. Privacy questions and data requests: privacy@solvex.work. Security reports: security@solvex.work.
